How to Vote in the Newmarket Election in 2018
For Newmarket's 2018 Municipal Election, you can vote anywhere, any time using any internet connected PC or mobile device, or by touch-tone telephone daily from 10 a.m. October 13 through to to 8 p.m. on October 22.
For those of us wanting to, or needing to vote in person, the Town of Newmarket will have Voter Assistance Centres available from October 19th to October 22nd at two locations:
• Ray Twinney Recreation Complex – Lounge 1 and 2
• Magna Centre – Gymnasium
Each Voter Assistance Centre will have computers from which voters may privately cast their vote, and staff to assist them as needed.
Additionally, the Town will have staff at all retirement homes and long-term care facilities on Voting Day to provide an opportunity for their residents to vote. They are also working on setting up dates and times within the voting period to attend multi-residential facilities with a high population of seniors to provide voting opportunities.

The Town of Newmarket encourages all Voters to use the Internet or Telephone voting options wherever you are; home, work, etc. Please note there will be no paper ballots for this Municipal Election.
